Renovation: A New Look for the Site

Just a Catholic Family has a new look and feel.

Here are some of the changes:

  • Better Landing Page: Our landing page is no longer a mere collection of posts arranged chronologically; the landing page is subdivided into sections to make it easier for you to navigate.
  • Pithy "About" Page: Our about page is now less wordy than it had been. It states more pithily what we're doing here: providing you helpful lists and posts.
  • Simpler Categories: The categories have been reduced for simplicity: Domesticity, Artistry, The Inner Life, and Working.

We hope you like the redesigned site and find it easier to use. But there are still things to tidy up and improve, and new content is on the way, so check back for developments.

A Brief Non Sequitur

Since I have your attention, let me point you to a book I happen to be reading at the moment and that I think you might like: Made to Stick. It's about how to make your ideas "stick" in people's minds. It's well-written and useful.

Check it out if you need to communicate ideas to anyone: customers, colleagues, employees, friends, family. The book gives you a practical framework for improving an idea's "stickiness."
